Terms of purchase

Returns / Cancellations : According to the Distance Contracts Act, you as a private customer have 14 days (calculated from the receipt of the item) to cancel your purchase. Contact us at info@cykelmecken.se. This only applies to purchases made via the web shop. This does NOT apply to purchases made in our physical store.

Open purchase / exchange rights do not apply to our bikes and parts. Nor our paint jobs.

Guarantees : All bicycles and bicycle parts that we sell at the bicycle mecca have a 30-day guarantee. This applies to mechanical faults and NOT self-inflicted damage such as punctures, paint damage, broken tires etc.
